Sunday Drive

On our way to Cancale, we stopped at every place that we found interesting, photo worthy or breath taking in some form. This "ship yard" is no different. The tide comes in at night and rolls out during the day, so these fishermen can work on their boats while the tide is out and set sail at night when the tide rolls in. It sort of looks like a gravesite for boats, but in a less than eerie way. This place reminds me of an old painting, which is the exact charm you get on a Sunday drive, the beauty of the unexpected.
