We still have a house in Tampa....

However, knowing how the market has been these past 2 years in Tampa, we have found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. We need to sell the house, but are unwilling to take out a loan to do so (here's where the pickle gets sour)...
So, we thought that if we put our current home, the one we actually live in, on the market, we might make a nice profit to counter the financial loss we will most likely take on the sale of the Tampa house.
After reviewing all of the numbers, taking about 14 Advil and trying to sleep on it, we have realized that after paying Capital Gains taxes, Realtor fees, closing costs, paying for someone to staple something together, lick a stamp....etc, that in the end, it wouldn't (probably) be worth it.
So, our house 
has a very happy homeowner, US....and is very clean, has nice landscaping and freshly baked cookies in the oven!
Wow. That sounds all too familiar other than having a 2nd home! I can only imagine that you would like that 2nd home to be on a nice beach somewhere...
