Bella was whimpering and sort of sad after school today.
I asked what was wrong just as she started to cry....(my heart aches when my kids cry and I don't know what is making them sad. I sort of go into the I am going to knock someone silly for making you sad mode, I am a tad protective like that)
Bella said: I think the monkeys are back in my ear.
I said: Oh no! really? Where does your ear hurt?
She said: Right here (she points), and Mommy, I think the monkeys think my ice cream earrings are real, so can we change them when we get home? That way, the monkeys will go away.
Me: awww, sweet girl, yes, we will change your earrings when we get home!
Aww...poor baby, I hope she feels better soon!!
ReplyDeleteAwww man...I could see something was wrong at school, but didn't get to see you after I got the girls. I hope she feels better soon. Those darn monkeys!! I'm gonna knock them silly when I see them!! Give her big hugs for me.

ReplyDeleteThose darn monkeys are in both of Ashton's ears too! We were at the dr on Tuesday with a double ear infection. Hope Bella's monkeys go away soon!
