I was getting my oil changed and the Manager comes up and says,
"Are you famous?, you look like that actress"
I say: "What actress?"
He says: "The Princess Girl"
I say: "Yeah, I have gotten that A LOT since I have moved here"
He says: "Are you her?"
I say (smirking): "Maybe" (then, I wink at Lexie)
I kid you not, 2 minutes later, this girl comes up, after first slamming on her brakes and turning into the parking lot. Walks up to the Manager, but never taking her eyes off of me. She says (insert Spanish dialect here) I don't speak Spanish, but the outcome was "She thinks you are that actress lady too"....
He says, "you should tell her you will give her your signature for (say this in your best hispanic voice) T-EN d-O-llars".
I can see the similarities!!! Good person in which to be compared; she is gorgeous!! And you never give yourself enough credit; you're beautiful too! :)

ReplyDeleteI thougght that too! I've even got Tommy saying, "Isn't that your friend, Charisse?" when we see commercials for Anne's movies! I get Sandra Bullock sometimes - maybe we should move to Hollywood and be their stunt doubles! :)
ReplyDeleteI remember one night in Dallas when we were at the "Scrap Shack" for a Friday all-night scrapping party, one of the ladies there made the comment that you looked like the girl in "The Princess Diaries". That makes 3 that I know of, sounds like a dead ringer to me!!!Jess
