As I watch the blogs of my friends children heading off to Kindergarten, I find my heart aching.As these kids go off to school, I find myself in a sort of lost state, as if they were my own children starting their first day of Kindergarten. Motherhood isn't discriminating, she protects her children all the same, wants each of them to be happy and safe....
Today, for the first time, Lexie goes to Preschool. I didn't cry, I didn't worry....I just sat in the parking lot for about 15 minutes after class had begun wondering where the time has gone. Bella and Lexie were just babies yesterday, right?. I was JUST IN LABOR, wasn't I? My back is still sore, where has the time gone??? Now, my girls are in preschool...Happy and at ease with their teachers, classmates and their environment, I couldn't be more proud!
