The day begins with a cup of milk, half of a granola bar....run around and play for a little bit. Get a snack like cheese, apples or a croissant with jelly. Drink some juice.
Run around and play some more. Eat a mid morning piece of candy and eat a bag of cheddar crackers... Wait 30 minutes, then ask for lunch, but ONLY eat 2 bites....DO NOT eat the rest. Watch 25 minutes of TV.
Drink some milk, take a nap for 2 hours.
Wake up, eat a Popsicle. Drink some water. Take a bike ride or jump on the trampoline. About 4:30, raid the pantry and eat fried peas, raisins and sneak a chocolate candy kiss.
Sit down for dinner, take a bite, get up and dance around. Take another bite, drink some water, get up and sing a song. Announce that you are FULL. Then, after you take a nice warm bath, suddenly get VERY HUNGRY and eat some popcorn and drink YET ANOTHER cup of milk.
Go to bed, but don't sleep for 1 hour. You have to sing, get up and tell somebody something every five minutes for an hour. Then, you can sleep.
Repeat the next day.
Not one ounce of fat or cellulite on my kids. It MUST WORK, right? I start my program tomorrow.
